No s\u00f3lo en el mundo laboral, sino tambi\u00e9n en el acceso a ella y su creaci\u00f3n. Es por eso que existe un deber enorme de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n que incumbe a todos. Si bien muchas organizaciones han intentado ahondar en el \u00e1mbito de los prejuicios inconscientes la falta de igualdad, no basta con asumirlo, debemos ser conscientes y evitarlo.<\/p><p>Por eso debemos asumir los beneficios de la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres y de por qu\u00e9 tiene sentido tener un equipo de trabajo equilibrado en cuanto al g\u00e9nero: mejores resultados econ\u00f3micos, mejor desarrollo de productos, m\u00e1s compromiso grupal, mayor creatividad, mejora el negocio... Lo que quiere decir que, al final, mejorar\u00e1 nuestras 2018, Eticas se ha puesto en contacto con el Ministerio espa\u00f1ol en varias ocasiones y ha ofrecido una auditor\u00eda interna confidencial pro-bono del sistema VioG\u00e9n. Aunque esta sugerencia fue bien recibida, no se tom\u00f3 ninguna medida. En 2021, decidimos hacer una auditor\u00eda externa de este sistema de gran impacto social con la colaboraci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionanabella.org\/\">la Fundaci\u00f3n Ana Bella<\/a>. Aunque este trabajo se centra en el an\u00e1lisis de cada \u00e1rea estudiada, la estrategia metodol\u00f3gica tiene en cuenta la necesidad de definir las correlaciones entre cada una de estas
