Los tribunales y los litigios pueden ser un importante garante de ello, si les damos la oportunidad de desempe\u00f1ar este papel.\u00a0<\/p><p>Los <strong>RGPD<\/strong> ofrece una <strong>puerta de entrada para la litigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Por ejemplo: el <strong>art\u00edculo 22<\/strong> dice que los interesados tienen derecho a \"no ser objeto de una decisi\u00f3n basada \u00fanicamente en un tratamiento automatizado, incluida la elaboraci\u00f3n de perfiles\" si ello tiene efectos jur\u00eddicos que les afecten. El art\u00edculo 5.1.c) limita el alcance de los datos que pueden ser tratados por los sistemas de IA (Inteligencia Artificial). Y, por \u00faltimo, el art\u00edculo 5.1.d) permite a las personas impugnar los sistemas tecnol\u00f3gicos que hacen inferencias inexactas sobre personas identificables a partir de datos aparentemente no relacionados entre s\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p><p>Los esfuerzos en litigio estrat\u00e9gico tienen por objeto invocar el <strong>cambio social<\/strong>. El impacto va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un individuo o de un peque\u00f1o grupo, en la l\u00ednea de crear un <strong>movimiento<\/strong>. Esto implica ser creativos en la forma en que usamos los marcos legales y potenciamos las mejores pr\u00e1cticas, y al mismo tiempo ser estrat\u00e9gicos en aquello que queremos lograr en los
