A medida que pasa el tiempo, aumenta la posibilidad de integrar diferentes infraestructuras, pero a menudo los responsables de tomar las decisiones <strong>carecen de una hoja de ruta clara<\/strong> de las instalaciones p\u00fablicas y privadas existentes y de las expectativas de costos. Sin embargo, con una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de las tecnolog\u00edas urbanas, as\u00ed como de los costos financieros y tambi\u00e9n sociales que ocultan, podemos aprovechar las infraestructuras existentes y crear otras nuevas.<\/p><p>Para cambiar el paradigma de la adaptaci\u00f3n y la abdicaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, podemos crear, desarrollar, implementar y supervisar una smart city que <strong>sea respetuosa con los derechos y la privacidad<\/strong> de los ciudadanos y con la propiedad y el control sobre los
