Gracias al poder de la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva, as\u00ed como a medidas en\u00e9rgicas, millones de personas tienen derecho a exigir aumentos salariales, acceder a los servicios de salud y exigir mejoras en sus condiciones de trabajo. No obstante, los <strong>sindicatos actuales<\/strong> de los pa\u00edses desarrollados <strong>operan en un mundo fracturado<\/strong>.<\/p><p>El auge de la inteligencia artificial, los robots y su entrada en los espacios dom\u00e9sticos y de trabajo son cada vez m\u00e1s una realidad. Paralelamente al ascenso de la automatizaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n lo han hecho las voces de fascinaci\u00f3n y alarma de los trabajadores. Hemos visto en tiempo real la inevitable aparici\u00f3n de <strong>tecnolog\u00edas disruptivas<\/strong> y su <strong>impacto perjudicial en los derechos de los trabajadores<\/strong> y c\u00f3mo ello ha debilitado los mecanismos tradicionales de negociaci\u00f3n colectiva y, tambi\u00e9n, las tasas de empleo.<\/p><p>Es primordial introducir <strong>nuevas formas de organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> cuando enfrentamos <strong>nuevos retos<\/strong> en torno al uso y abuso de los <strong>datos, y la toma de decisiones automatizada<\/strong> basada en <strong>algoritmos<\/strong> y <strong>inteligencia artificial<\/strong>. En general, hay una mayor sensaci\u00f3n de que los impactos de la automatizaci\u00f3n, la digitalizaci\u00f3n y la plataformizaci\u00f3n modifican profundamente el equilibrio de las relaciones laborales, a la vez que aumenta la <strong>falta de transparencia y de para una organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo cada vez menos hegem\u00f3nica, a ampliar reivindicaciones para incluir la privacidad, a ampliar capacidades t\u00e9cnicas, a crear espacios de relaci\u00f3n y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de defensa de derechos, y a desarrollar diagn\u00f3sticos y agendas tecnol\u00f3gicas propias que establezcan l\u00edmites y est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos a la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnologias intensivas en datos en los entornos laborales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
