The software can categorize the employees as \u201cinfluencers\u201d or \u201cchange-makers\u201d as well as assess their work efficiency, and provide this information to administrators and managerial staff. The AI filters through various data sources including employees\u2019 emails, recorded meetings, and files.<\/p>\n<p>According to information provided by Status Today, the system promises to give\u00a0 \u201creal-time insights into each employee and their position within the organizational network\u201d and aims to improve \u201cthe overall workplace environment and reducing stress and overworking\u201d (ibid). Despite offering such benevolent intentions, \u2018Isaak\u2019 situates workers in a position of vulnerability and constant surveillance.
