{"id":4534,"date":"2022-03-28T14:20:52","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T12:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eticasfoundation.org\/?p=4534"},"modified":"2022-03-28T16:10:37","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T14:10:37","slug":"women-in-platforms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.eticasfoundation.org\/es\/women-in-platforms\/","title":{"rendered":"Gender inequalities in the platformization of domestic and care work"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><i>ETICAS Foundation analyzes the work of platforms of domestic and care work and conducts interviews with women who work in these platforms with the objective of giving more visibility to the situations of these women from their own testimonies, and denounce gender segregation in the labor market.\u00a0<\/i><i>With our research we want to shed light on the social impacts for women who work on these platforms.<\/i><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The disruption of digital platforms such as Uber, Glover or Deliveroo has meant that, in recent times, there is much talk about the gig economy, <strong>&#8220;platformization&#8221; or the on-demand economy and its implications for the labor market<\/strong>.
